YOUNG PEOPLE’S PROGRAMME DIRECTOR
Creative Learning Department
(£21,000-£23,000)
To develop and produce an exciting and diverse programme of creative projects for young people including performances in the Drum Theatre and significant sustained work with young people at risk. The post will manage the Young People’s Programme Officer and freelance practitioners. You will have extensive experience of engaging hard to reach young people and of directing productions at a professional level.
