for Aberdeen International Youth Festival. 22 hours pw (£20k pro rata).
AIYF requires a part time Festival Administrator to support the increasing work created by its annual World Festival of Youth Arts and the development of a greater year-round programme of activity. An outstanding person with good organisational and bookkeeping skills is required to coordinate the ongoing office administration. Some foreign language skills would be useful. Though the post is P/T the administrator will be required to work flexible hours and a system of time off in lieu as there will be a need for them to be full time during the annual Festival period.
