WorldFest 08 is set to be a celebration of the wider world brought to the Tees Valley for our local enjoyment – celebrating our diversity with an added global dimension. Worldfest will consist of a number of events, some youth or community based, some with headline acts, all brought to you by Tees Valley Arts in partnership with African Arts Association and Middlesbrough Council.

Rowena Sommerville, Director of Programmes at Tees Valley Arts said “we are delighted that the festival partners are once again bringing a stunning line up to the Tees Valley – including a reggae legend – and offering a range of events that are something new, exciting and enjoyable for everyone.
