Steam Shed is seeking two performance specialists to work as workshop facilitators with the Team Leader and an established group of volunteer leaders to plan and deliver a series of workshops, which will work towards a Christmas performance at the end of November 2008. They are particularly keen to include practitioners that bring experience of leading drama, music and/or movement activities to broaden the range of the group’s work. Based at the Education Village in Darlington, Steam Shed was established in 2005 and launched their Youth Theatre & Company workshops in Autumn 2006. Training continues for the paid artistic team who now co-deliver the workshops alongside a team from Chickenshed.
