Celebrating young people Shine is the National Youth Festival, promoting positive views of young people by celebrating their talents and achievements and the contributions they make to their communities. This year the Shine campaign, will promote events throughout the year culminating in Shine Festival Week, 12–16 July 2010. Pencil these dates in your diaries now, and do let NCVYS know if you would like to do something during the Week to celebrate young people’s talent!
